Get ready for the ultimate 3-night concert cruise festival experience! Your ticket includes your
cabin, all meals and basic drinks at our included dining spots, live concerts with your favorite
artists, and access to all the fantastic amenities aboard the Carnival Panorama, with service
gratuities and fees covered.
You’re in for nonstop music, sun, and good vibes! Plenty to keep the party going – try your luck
in the casino, relax by the pool or hot tub, or join in on games, sports, and themed events. Dive
into DJ sets, karaoke, and trivia, meet artists up close, and capture the memories at photo
booths and art shows. It’s the perfect mix of music, fun, and vacation bliss – all on the high
seas!
Make an initial deposit and the remaining balance will be split into equal interest-free monthly
automatic payments.

All installment payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month as your
deposit payment unless you request a change to the schedule. If you need to make any changes
to your payment plan dates, please contact Concert Cruise Events before your due date by
emailing support@latinlegendscruise.com or calling 888-639-8880.
Late Payment Fees: Late fees will apply to any balance not paid by the required due date. If any
automatic payments are declined, we will automatically apply a $35 (to match T/C) late fee to
the outstanding balance. Please contact us to make a payment and/or receive a payment date
extension.
If a payment is over 30 days late, your reservation may be subject to cancellation without a
refund.
All reservation deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
Due to the unique nature of our event and venue, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. All
cabin reservation cancellations — including any additional taxes, fees, and gratuities — are non-
refundable for any amount or any reason.
Cancellations will also result in the termination of any future scheduled payments.
Travel Insurance Recommendation:
Concert Cruise Events strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your
investment. Guests may choose to purchase travel insurance through any company of their
choice; however, we partner with Travel Guard to provide a convenient option.
Travel Guard provides travel insurance for guests in all U.S. states. If you encounter any issues
with the insurance link connected to your reservation, please contact Travel Guard directly.

Please note: Although travel insurance is offered during the reservation process, all travel
insurance sales and payments are made directly through Travel Guard.
Carnival Panorama is equipped to accommodate guests with accessibility needs, ensuring a
comfortable and enjoyable cruise experience for everyone.
Accessible Cabins:
Carnival Panorama offers a range of accessible cabins designed to meet various mobility and
accommodation needs. These cabins must be booked directly through our Concert Cruise
Events support team so we can ensure your specific requirements are met. Please discuss your
needs with our representative when reserving your cabin.
Your information and accessibility requirements will be sent to Carnival’s Access Team
approximately 60 days before sailing.
Mobility Assistance:
Once onboard, wheelchairs are available only in the event of a medical emergency.
If you require mobility assistance for embarkation and/or debarkation, this can be arranged
upon request at the port.
Guests who need to use a mobility assistive device throughout their vacation should plan to
bring their own or rent one from a third-party company that partners with the cruise line, such
as Scootaround.
You may rent equipment once you receive your Carnival reservation number (approximately 90
days prior to sailing).

CPAP Machines:
Guests using a CPAP machine must pack it in their carry-on luggage.
Carnival carries distilled water, which can be purchased either pre-cruise (through Carnival’s
Fun Shops at 1-800-522-7648) or onboard by contacting Room Service.
If you choose to bring your own distilled water, it must be hand-carried along with your CPAP
machine.
Additional Accessibility Information:
Refrigerators are available in all staterooms for storing insulin.
Most dietary needs can be accommodated onboard with a request to the restaurant
manager.
Service Dogs: Carnival Cruise Line accepts service dogs trained to perform a specific task
in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Emotional Support animals are not permitted and cannot sail.
Latin Legends Cruise welcomes guests of all ages! Every guest, regardless of age, is considered
the same rate. We do, however, offer special low-cost rates for 3rd and 4th guests booked in
the same cabin — perfect for families and groups.

We understand that drink packages are an important part of many of our guests’ plans. At this
time, specific details about drink packages are not yet available. Rest assured, as we get closer
to the event, we will provide all the relevant information to ensure you have everything you
need to plan your experience.
Alcoholic Beverages:
Guests are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages onboard, including wine or champagne.
Latin Legends Cruise is a full-ship charter, and all liquor, beer, and other forms of alcohol are
strictly prohibited in both carry-on and checked luggage. Any prohibited items will be
confiscated and discarded without compensation.
Non-Alcoholic Beverages:
Packaging in glass or plastic bottles is not allowed when bringing water, sodas, or other drinks
onboard. Guests may bring a small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages — such as sparkling
water, sodas, juice, or milk — as long as they are in cans or cartons only.
This must be brought on embarkation day and in your carry-on luggage.
A small quantity is defined as a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans or cartons (12 oz each or
less) per person.
Bottled Water:
Carnival offers purified bottled water at reduced pricing, conveniently delivered directly to your
stateroom. Once onboard, bottled water purchases are non-refundable, but guests may take
home any unopened bottles.
Latin Legends Cruise features Your Time Dining, giving you the flexibility to enjoy dinner on your
own schedule — perfect for our dynamic event lineup. You can dine anytime between
approximately 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM in the main dining room.
Use the Carnival Hub App onboard to confirm your party size and check in when you’re ready to
eat. Simply head to the dining room, check in at the host stand, and you’ll be seated on a first-
come, first-served basis.
There’s no shortage of delicious options onboard — from buffets to main dining rooms, all
included in your cabin price. Plus, specialty restaurants offer unique dining experiences with
either a fixed-price menu or à la carte options.

There are no strict luggage restrictions, but we recommend bringing no more than two large
suitcases per person. Regular size toiletry bottles are accepted and do not have to be in smaller
packaging.
Since staging and production for the Latin Legends Cruise event take priority during
embarkation, we suggest packing smart and light — and carrying your luggage onboard if
possible.
Cabin access is typically available around 1:30 PM.
If you prefer, you may check your luggage at the port with assistance. Simply print your luggage
tags in advance or receive them at the port. Your luggage will be delivered directly to your
cabin, which may arrive as late as 6:00 PM on departure day.
We recommend packing a backpack or small carry-on bag with essentials (such as medications,
travel documents, and a change of clothes) to keep with you until your luggage arrives.
Temperatures along Baja California in May range anywhere from 70-85 degrees. Traveling on
the ocean the temperatures are a bit cooler.
For the ultimate cruise vibe, we suggest packing lightweight, ‘vacation mode’ clothing to keep
you comfortable and stylish. Grab a few swimsuits, flip-flops, sandals, or deck shoes for the
poolside fun, plus sneakers or your dancing shoes for our live performances. If you’re up for a
workout or sports, bring along your fitness gear too!
With concerts and activities happening both indoors and out, it’s smart to pack a few layers and
light rain gear—just in case the ocean breeze gets cool or a little misty. Don’t worry, though,
we’ll have cozy hoodies and long-sleeve shirts available in the online Merch Shop coming soon!
Be sure to bring your camera gear, chargers, and extra memory to capture every unforgettable
moment. And for the essentials: pack your sunscreen, lip balm, and maybe some earplugs. Get
Ready to rock the waves!
We STRONGLY recommend that you hand-carry all your travel documents (passports, birth
certificates, airline tickets, etc.) medications, jewelry, and any other personal items that you
may need in a separate carry-on bag. You should not put these items into checked luggage as
they could become lost and prevent you from boarding the ship. Also, your luggage may take a
few hours before it is delivered to your cabin.
Guests are permitted to take their own hair styling tools. There is a blow dryer provided in your
cabin.
Guests are not permitted to take a clothes iron or clothes steamer. We recommend packing a
wrinkle-free spray. There is laundry or pressing service available onboard for an extra charge.
To ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests, Latin Legends Cruise and Carnival Cruise
Line prohibit certain items from being brought onboard — including weapons, candles, irons,
alcohol, and other dangerous goods.
All luggage is subject to security screening, and any prohibited items found will be removed and
disposed of without compensation.
Important Note:
While marijuana and CBD products (including those used for medicinal purposes) may be legal
in some U.S. states, they are not legal under U.S. federal law and are therefore strictly
prohibited onboard.

Carnival Cruise Terminal – Long Beach, CA – 231 Windsor Way, Long Beach, CA 90802
Concert Cruise Events customer support and sales team cannot assist you with making your air
travel, hotel, or ground transportation arrangements. However, we are pleased to provide
these helpful tips to ensure your vacation goes as smoothly as possible.
The closest airports to accommodate your travel plans are:
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – approximately 45 minutes in minimal traffic
Long Beach Airport (LBG) – approximately 25 minutes in minimal traffic
Boarding is 11 am-3:30 pm on Thursday, May 13, 2027.
Disembarking is 7 am-9:30 am on Sunday, May 16, 2027.
There is very limited secure parking structure available at the terminal for $23 per day, payable
upon pickup.
Due to this limited parking at the Port of Long Beach, we have secured an offsite parking area
for your sailing, but we encourage guests to use alternate transportation that does not require
parking.
Parking is US$20, per day (including embarkation and debarkation day), and must be
paid in advance, upon entry. A dedicated agent will be available to process your card
payment, as only card payments will be accepted. Accessible parking is available on a
first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
Complimentary shuttles will bring you to the terminal for embarkation and back to the
parking facility at the end of your cruise.
The last shuttle will leave the parking facility 30 minutes prior to final boarding time on
your boarding pass.
For added convenience, you may also want to consider taking a taxi or rideshare service to the
port.
No matter what you choose, please adhere to your pre-selected Terminal Arrival Appointment.
We must allow debarking guests to leave the cruise terminal before we can accommodate your
arrival. Guests who arrive before their selected time will be asked to return later.
In preparation for departure, all guests must be at the cruise terminal by the final boarding time
that’s indicated on the boarding pass.

Carnival Cruise Line uses an E-Documents system similar to airlines. Ninety days before the
cruise, you’ll receive an email with your unique Carnival booking number and a link to Carnival’s
website.
Online check-in opens 14 days before your sailing and remains available up to 24 hours before
departure. Guests who are unable to complete online check-in will still have the option to check
in at the pier on departure day.
All Latin Legends Cruise guests are strongly encouraged to check in online and MUST PRINT
their boarding pass in advance to streamline the boarding process at the terminal.
While at the ports in Long Beach and Ensenada, MX, we recommend contacting your cellular
provider to confirm service availability and rates.
Once at sea, we suggest putting your phone on airplane mode to avoid roaming charges. If you
wish to stay connected, Carnival offers a variety of WiFi plans, allowing access to social apps like
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Messenger, as well as full access for email, banking apps, and
more. Further details and pricing options will be available after you receive your booking
